Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment
     To secure enrolment on a specific PRO PPF Academy training date, full payment of the course fee is required at the time of booking. Payment must be made via an accepted debit or credit card, or through an available "Buy Now, Pay Later" financing option, as provided at checkout via the digital order link.

  2. Reservation Policy
     Due to limited capacity and high demand, training places cannot be held or reserved without full payment.

  3. Amendments and Deferrals
     Requests to amend, defer, or otherwise alter a confirmed training date must be submitted in writing to PRO PPF via email or WhatsApp no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
    Any such requests received after this deadline will be considered at the sole discretion of PRO PPF and are not guaranteed.

  4. Cancellations and Refunds
     In the event of a cancellation by the participant after the three-week amendment deadline:

    a. Any unrecoverable or non-incurred kit preparation costs may be eligible for a refund, provided the kit has not yet entered production (typically two weeks before the scheduled course date).

    b. The course fee component is non-refundable due to the limited timeframe available to reallocate the training place. While PRO PPF will make reasonable efforts to re-fill the vacancy, no guarantee is made, and no refund of the course fee will be issued as a matter of course.

  5. Discretionary Flexibility
     All requests for changes or exceptions outside of the above terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at the discretion of PRO PPF.
